Studio Portrait Lighting Class at Samy’s Camera OC

We had a great class today with 21 eager photographers ready to hone their skills in studio portrait lighting. Our model, Brenda, did a great job and we want to give her a big thank you! We made some great images and  are very excited to post them here in the next couple of days. We set up a background, one main light, and started building from there. We used Dynalite packs and heads, soft boxes with grids, umbrellas, a Mola beauty dish, reflectors, etc. We provided the PocketWizards and everyone made  amazing images!

This year we’re presenting a Master Class again at WPPI. It’s almost sold out, but there are still several seats left. The title is:  “What Today’s Bride Is Looking For”. We’ll be talking about how we run our business; marketing, sales, price lists, contracts, the works! Lots of great giveaways too! Our class is on Sunday, March 2, from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. We hope to see some of you in Vegas!
